Margot Ryan is a Fine Artist living on Long Island, New York. She graduated from the University of Southern California, Roski School of Art & Design. She majored in Fine Art with an emphasis in Oil Painting and a minor in Cinematic Arts as well as Psychology. She was awarded the Roski Outstanding Graduate of her class for her academic and artistic achievements.

 

With a strong love for film and a particular interest in psychology, Margot explores the psychological effects that arise in the visual design choices of art through colorful, immersive, and conceptually narrative art. She strives to create cinematic scenes in her paintings that appeal to the viewer's senses and evoke feelings of nostalgia.

Attaining experience with a multiplicity of media, Margot is an Oil Paint based artist. She is currently doing commissions and teaching art with a Masters in Art Education from Adelphi University.
